How Davido’s #30BillionConcert Set The Internet On Fire Last Night
All the talk last night surrounded the 30 billion concert as Davido’s show shut down Lagos and for the most part, The Nigerian Internet.
The show was sold out, but those who couldn’t attend were treated with the opportunity to view a live stream of the show and that gave the show an Internet buzz that kept folks talking all night.
There were a lot of comments, trolls and venting going around and each artist’s performance was scrutinized to a T.
Here’s are some of the best of what was said last night. From the wack performance of Sina Rambo to the massive Mo-Hitts reunion and a repeat of a Davido-Wizkid performance.
I saw #30billionconcert trending, no idea what it is, checked the feed, have fallen into #BlackTwitter.
I have NO IDEA what most of the these tweets say but apparently people are disappointed in the show and someone named WIZKID or WIZZY only lasts 60 secs.

Walahi!! Perfect example… Yemi Alade. Music might not be popping like that but don't make the mistake of putting her on your stage. Murdah!! https://t.co/1MgNuHSqst

Tonight I felt 30Billion emotions as I watched what felt like 1000 different artistes mount that stage in an expensive, haphazard display of mediocrity disguised as a concert.

Very thoughtful of davido and wizkid to both call out each in their shows… But respect to Davido for reuniting mo hits for a performance after convincing them 4 months… It showshis respect for the ones who gave naija music an early platform.. #30BillionConcert

Good morning. If you didn’t attend Simi, BrymO, Adekunle Gold, Bez’s concert you have no right to generalize and say Nigerian artists can’t perform live. You chose to go to ‘DJ Track one” shows.
